Root2Rise is also the hot spot for an empowering yoga experience. Our studio is Baptiste inspired, which is a powerful style of yoga that meets individuals at their level. It is practiced in a heated room and Root2Rise is the only yoga studio in Houma with FAR infrared panels, which create radiant heat that quickly warms the muscles and enhances detoxification. We also have a smaller yoga room dedicated to kids’ (Sprout) yoga, meditation, and chair yoga.
